Armand Cabrera was born in San Francisco in 1955. A few years ago, he moved from California to beautiful Northern Virginia. A dedicated painter, Armand's style is to paint alla prima,
completing his paintings in one sitting in the studio or out of doors.
He uses a limited palette of warm and cool primary colors.
"My goal as an artist is to convey the joy and awe I feel when witnessing the beauty of the world we inhabit.
I have been drawing and painting for as long as I can remember.
I paint everyday because it is what I love to do."
